4. Naughty Nuri’s Semiyak
Like its sister outlets in Ubud and Sanur, Nuri’s Seminyak is famous for its triple-strength cocktails, killer pork ribs, and fun atmosphere.
The legendary ribs — smothered in Balinese spices and barbecue sauce and grilled over charcoal — are a must try.

Inspired by Bali’s flamboyant kecak (fire dance), Fire at the beachfront W hotel showcases dry-aged, flame-cooked meats in five-star surroundings.
Dining here is a decadent affair and might begin with seared scallops, oysters two ways, or charred local octopus. But it’s the grain and grass-fed steaks, carefully dry-aged for 20 days by the chefs, that steal the show.

11. Boy ‘N’ Cow
This one’s for you steak lovers. Boy ‘N’ Cow, at the top of Seminyak’s “Eat Street,” serves some of the finest dry-aged steaks on the island.
